Certified Mowing’s foundations were set in 1994 when Lachlan Howland began providing lawn maintenance & landscaping services to domestic clients. Now, Certified is one of South East Queensland’s most trusted providers of vegetation management services to government clients.
Each month we mow 16 million metres of grass and have been entrusted with the maintenance of Brisbane icons.

OUR CORE TEAM
LACHLAN HOWLAND, Director
Lachlan leads all Certified Mowing’s activity and makes time to get out in the field to familiarise himself with the unique needs of each customer. He is also a passionate contributor to the local community, and is a regular contributor to chambers of commerce. With a background in holistic cattle grazing, Lachlan is an advocate of regenerative land management and farming practices.
LOUISE KENNEDY, Business Manager
Louise manages Certified Mowing’s customer portfolio and the back-end of Certified's operations. With a background in product and service development, Louise is always on the lookout for innovation in the industry. Since her move to Brisbane in 2015 Louise has also been involved in volunteering activities such as homeless outreach, literacy development, and is a keen contributor to Certified's community based activities.
WILLIAM BOBBERMEIN, Field Operations Manager
A dedicated leader, Will oversees the workforce and manages the day to day field activity for Certified Mowing. An advocate for the benefits of sport for young people, Will holds leadership roles in large sporting organisations in the Beenleigh area.
JOSH PARKINSON, Field Leader
A seasoned operator, Josh supports Will in leading Certified’s day to day activity.

WORK OPPORTUNITIES
Our workforce is a combination of permanent staff and others who generally work full time on a seasonal basis. The high season typically runs from October through to June. What this means day to day is early starts and working through the day in hot, humid conditions until the allocated work is completed to standard. This is heavy manual work and its challenging.
Our team focus and commitment to quality underpins our success at everything we do. We encourage a positive, can-do attitude across the whole team. We are always keen to hear from people with the right attitude & aptitude for the work.
